Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the front desk team the day of your arrival and/or the day of your check-out to confirm these requests. Please note, there is a fee for early check-in and late check-out.

A 50% deposit of the total reservation cost (including taxes and fees) is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged to the card seven (7) days prior to your reservation. You may cancel your reservation up to 8 days prior to arrival, less a $65.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7 or fewer days prior to arrival are subject to the full cost of the stay. All advanced purchase rates become non-refundable at the time of purchase. All cancellations requests must be emailed to info@newpaltzway.com to receive a refund. If a credit is issued, it can be applied to a reservation one year from the original reservation date. Credit can only be applied one time from the original reservation and cannot be used towards any future promotions. All rescheduled reservations become nonrefundable. No shows and early check-outs will not be refunded.

New Paltz Way features a self-guided spa with a sauna, steam room, and Hydrotherapy Spa Pool. The spa is located indoors, and the chlorinated Hydrotherapy Spa Pool is maintained at a warm therapeutic temperature.

The Hydrotherapy Spa Pool offers a similar warm-water, jetted experience, but is designed as part of a broader wellness circuit. Guests are encouraged to move between heat, steam, and cooling elements for a more restorative, contrast-based experience.

The Hydrotherapy Spa Pool is not designed for swimming. It is a compact, warm-water spa experience with targeted jets, intended for relaxation, muscle recovery, and circulation support.

The spa is self-guided and unsupervised by a lifeguard. Guests are asked to use the facilities mindfully and at their own discretion.

The wellness spa is reserved for guests 13 and older. Guests ages 13–17 must be accompanied by an adult when using the spa facilities.Children 12 and under are not permitted in the spa.

We recommend enjoying the Hydrotherapy Spa Pool in intervals of 10–20 minutes at a time, allowing your body to rest between sessions.

Guests who are pregnant, have heart conditions, or other medical concerns should consult a physician before using heated spa facilities.
