Check-in begins at 3:00pm and check-out ends at 11:00am.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the front desk team the day of your arrival and/or the day of your check-out to confirm these requests. Please note, there is a fee for early check-in and late check-out.
A 50% deposit of the total reservation cost (including taxes and fees) is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged to the card seven (7) days prior to your reservation. You may cancel your reservation up to 8 days prior to arrival, less a $65.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7 or fewer days prior to arrival are subject to the full cost of the stay. All advanced purchase rates become non-refundable at the time of purchase. All cancellations requests must be emailed to info@newpaltzway.com to receive a refund. If a credit is issued, it can be applied to a reservation one year from the original reservation date. Credit can only be applied one time from the original reservation and cannot be used towards any future promotions. All rescheduled reservations become nonrefundable. No shows and early check-outs will not be refunded.
No, the front desk is staffed from 7:00am to 9:00pm with an after hours staff member on call from 9:00am to 7:00am.
